God's Fingerprints

Maybe God leaves his fingerprints much more often than we realize.

I wonder if alternate dimensions, the Mandela Effect, deja vu and so on are actually a comfortable way for the world to reconcile those times when God answers a prayer and necessarily changes what has 'already happened', or adjusted the world around us so that things fit better together.

Have you ever sensed that a relationship felt as if it was somehow broken, damaged, or has ended - or like it had never been? But you have no memory of any difficulties like that. In fact the relationship has always been healthy and wonderful. Could that be a shadow of something that was bad, that through prayer God changed leaving you with a hint of the pain and problems that no longer/never existed?

Have you ever been to a place that you are familiar with, that you expect to look the same as ever, only to find that it has somehow changed. Something has changed even though everything is as you now would expect it to be. Maybe not in a way you can point to, but it was still different. While every other time you were there you felt the comfort of familiarity. But now it is as if it is your first time there. It feels new to your experience. Could this be an example of God having changed something and you still sense how it was while seeing nothing unusual?

For that matter have you walked into a building you have been many times only to find a particular room or office is now in a different location? Down the other hall, around a different corner? You had to have been mistaken, after all, you can see it is in another place and not where you had expected.

It is unlikely that any of these types of experiences are directly related to you. They may have everything to do with someone else. You have simply observed or sensed that something has changed.

This does not mean that God makes mistakes when He changes something. Our sensing a change could be addressed with no difficulty. It is also not something He has overlooked. We are able to, and allowed to sense these changes intentionally. I suspect so that we can have the assurance that God is present and active in our lives here and now. In a sense, these could be some of the mysteries that the Holy Spirit makes known to use.

Could these be, at least sometimes, a faint shadow from before God has responded to your, or someone else's prayers? Possibly. And if not, it is still a pleasant thought.
